Asphar Survey Group (ASG) have won a contract to supply and manage 40 Personnel with survey equipment, which consists of 2 Survey Managers, 3 Senior Project Surveyors, 6 Project Surveyors, 6 Graduate Surveyors, 6 student surveyors, 6 Survey Technicians, 2 Draftmans, 14 Indigenous Monitors and Admin support staff for the $7.2 Billion Roy Hill Project in the North West of Western Australia starting in Nov 2011.

Survey work will be carried out on the Mine Site, Port and 356km of Rail which starts at Roy Hill and runs to the Port of Port Hedland and will traverse all Survey Disciplines from Heritage, Control Establishment, Earthworks, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Laser Scanning, 3D Printing, Rail Track Trolley, Marine, and Metrology.

Doric Contract Win FMG

Doric has awarded a contract to supply survey services for the FMG Club Hamilton Camp Expansion to Asphar Survey Group.

United Industries Awards Contract

 United Industries has awarded a contract for the supply of 3D Laser Scanning and Modelling as well as dimensional control checks on 14 Car Dumper Conveyor Tunnel Casings for the Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Expansion to Asphar Survey Group.

Thiess Contract Win.

Asphar Survey Group (ASG) has been award a contract to supply Mine & Engineering Surveyors for the FMG Solomon Project, this is the second contract Thiess have award to ASG this year and the 5th contract over the years.

Asphar Survey Group are also delivering a 2 Year contract for the Audit Survey Works for FMG on the 2nd Outloading Circuit and the Port in Port Hedland.

Diab Contract Win - Sino Iron

Asphar Survey Group have been award a contract by Diab Engineering for the Alignment of up  8 Conveyor Systems.

Asphar Survey Group has been involved with Diab Engineering on multiple projects in the past delivering a high quality of survey services in line with our ISO 9001:2008 certified quality systems.

This contract award confirms the trust & faith in Diab have in Asphar Survey.

bhpbilliton Contract Win

BHP Billiton Petroleum has advised Asphar Survey Group that they have been awarded the Macedon Gas Project located 12km South West of Onslow at Ashburton North, to supply Site Surveying Services for Audit and nominated setout works for a period of 2 years.

This is now the 5th Audit Contract that Asphar Survey Group has won in Two Years, showing recognition and confidence in the delivery of services to clients as in line with our ISO 9001:2008 Certification we are delivering on Projects as

1. FMG Audit Surveyors for the 155mtpa Fast Track Expansion.

2. MRD for the Audit of the Dual Carriage Dampier to Karratha Highway.

Asphar Survey Group is the Only owner residental survey company in town, with our office located at 53 Second Ave,  and residental houses at Anketell Court and Simpson Street Onslow.

Asphar Survey has bought 2 another Properties in addition to 11 Simpson Street.
The first is 53 Second Ave in the main street of Onslow. This Property is zoned Civic/Commerical and will be used for Asphar Surveys office in Onslow.
The Second is 7 Anketell which is zoned R30. Asphar Survey will use the exsisting house on the lot for staff accomadation whilst establishing 4 new double story 4 x 2 Houses, also for staff accomadation as the BHP Macedon Project grows in size along with Chevron’s Wheatstone Project, combined value of Projects exceed 28 Billion.
Asphar Survey presently has 3 Survey Teams working Onslow and this is expect to grow.

Asphar Survey Group has won a 2 year contract to supply Audit and Construction Survey Works for FMG’s 55MTPA to 155MTPA Fast Track Expansion.
Asphar Survey will supply survey services covering all survey disciplines including but not limited to Earthworks, Civils, Structural, Mechanical, Marine, Hydrographic, 3D Laser Scanning, 3D Metrology, 3D Modelling, 3D Printing and Rail Track Trolley surveys.
Asphar Survey Group was selected because of its diverse service and experience base for EPCM projects and has also been selected by Technip on the BHP Macedon $2.1 Billion Project for Audit requirements, Citic Pacific Sino Iron $7.2 Billion Project and Main Roads Dampier to Karratha Dual Carriage Upgrade.
All of the above Audit roles are in recognition of Asphar Survey Group’s dedication to producing Quality Surveys in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Certification standards and also in recognition of our previous high standard of project reporting.

Asphar Survey has been selected as a member of the Panel Surveyors for the University of Western Australia for all their construction projects around the state.
