Tracker Enhancements
Leica supply additional devices for their laser tracker each with their own unique advantage for increasing user comfort and efficiency. There are 4 main devices that pair with the laser tracker; Reflectors, T-Probe, T-scan and T-Mac.
Reflectors
Leica have developed a range of reflectors each with their own individual characteristics. The reflectors come in 2 sizes, inch or half inch. The extreme accuracy is obtained from the orientation of the high quality mirrors situated within the spherical casing. The advantage of the sphere reflectors is that the beam does not need to enter the sphere at a specific point, but will return accurate readings as long as the beam comes into contact with the mirrors. The two main reflectors are the RRR (Red Ring Reflector) which delivers the highest accuracy and the BRR (brake resistant reflectors) which are the most durable.

T-cam
The T-cam is used in conjunction with the T-Probe and T-Scan. It allows the orientation of the T-scan and T-probe to be determined by detecting the yaw, pitch and roll of the device.

The T Cam For Metrology Setout
T-Probe + T-cam
The Leica T-probe is a wireless portable CMM used for recording precise points on applications such as tooling inspection, quality inspection reverse engineering etc. The new T Probe is small, light, user-friendly, and more accurate than any other hand-held probe in the world. The Leica T-Probe gives you complete flexibility with a simple touch and measure out to 30meters in any dimension.

TScan for Metrology Pick Up and T Cam for Metrology Set Out
T-Scan + T-cam
Leica T-Scan is a high-speed hand scanner that can even digitize shiny and diffuse surfaces in one go under normal light conditions. With a measurement volume of 30 meters you can scan large objects more accurately and with higher accuracy than other system. Set-up time is minimal and there is no need for photogrammetric target

T-Mac + T-cam
Leica T-Mac (Tracker-Machine control sensor), the next-generation 6DoF tracking device for automated applications. The T-Mac can be mounted on robots and large machines to increase position accuracy. Its rugged housing has 4 reflector nests. The positions of the reflectors can be used to establish a local coordinate system for object orientation or robot alignment.

Accessories
The Absolute tracker also comes with a range of additional devices to suit more customised applications and increase user comfort.
